The first video highlights Kite Trolling off Cape Cod. Tuna and white marlin were sporadic when I fished but when they did show, they would appear under half-beaks or ballyhoo. We flew a kite and trolled at 5-6 knots with Williamson ballyhoo imitations to mimic the fleeing action of the half-beaks. Unfortunately, only bluefish appeared this day hitting the inside, shorter length rods affixed to the outrigger. The tactic flew and worked but the fish never showed. More refinement is needed and in my opinion, more fish.
