Bathymetric & Mapping Importance

Water Flow is the lifeline of any fishery and to remain consistently 'In the Bite,' successful fishermen understand current flow, upwelling currents and how fish relate.  There are many components that dictate water flow but the most important is arguably bottom contours and structure, no matter how deep the water is.  The screenshot below is a prime example of bottom contour.  The best maps offer this level of detail.
